Returns and Exchanges: We accept returns or exchanges only in the case of receiving a damaged, tampered, or incorrect item. We are unable to process returns or exchanges for any other reasons.

Unboxing Video Requirement: To initiate a return or exchange, you must provide an unboxing video of your parcel within 24 hours of receiving it. Each of our packages comes with a sticker reminding you to create this video. No complaints regarding defects or damages will be considered without this video.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange: To start the process, please contact our customer care team at +91 8076839567. You will need to provide the following details: Order ID, Email ID, Name, and Instagram ID, along with the unboxing video.

Exchange Process

Response Time: Our customer care team will respond to your request within 48 working hours due to the high volume of messages.

Verification: Once we receive your case, our Customer Care Executive will examine the issue and verify it with the provided unboxing video. If the video is found to be fake, re-packaged, incomplete, or showing no issues, we will not be able to process the case.

Article Condition: The item you wish to exchange must be in its original, unused condition, with intact packaging and tags.

Approval: If everything is in order, we will approve the exchange.

Exchange Steps:

  1. We will send you a digital shipping label in PDF format.
  2. Pack the item securely, just as you received it, with bubble wrap if necessary.
  3. Print the label and attach it to the package.
  4. Within 24 hours of receiving the label, our delivery personnel will pick up the parcel from your address.

 

Dispatch of New Article: We will dispatch the new item only after receiving and reviewing the return parcel.

Exchange Due to Size Issue

Refund Process

Please note that we do not offer cash refunds. In exceptional cases, refunds will be issued as a credit in the form of a coupon code only. This coupon code will be valid for one year from the date of issuance and can be used for any future purchase.
