Order Dispatch

We usually process and dispatch orders within 2 working days. In case of any delays in processing your order, we will get in touch with you and inform you regarding possible delays.

Order Tracking

You will be informed via email and SMS about the tracking details of your order once your order is shipped. We will send you an email with a Tracking URL and AWB number. You can use the tracking URL to live track your order.

Order Delivery

Our logistics partner usually delivers the shipment in 2-3 days for metro cities and 5-7 days for non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues, there might be a delay in delivering your order. Kindly track your order with the details provided over your registered email ID.

Shipping Charges

Shipping within India:

  1. We offer FREE DELIVERY on orders above 1500/-
  2. If under 1500, our standard Shipping is ₹80.
  3. Cash-handling charge of ₹ 100 is applicable for all COD orders within India.
